Karan Johar, an expert in brewing that Koffee, had a candid tete-a-tete with Lara Dutta and her fiancé, ace Tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, for his show Koffee With Karan. This was the couple’s first appearance on a TV show.

So, what was the highlight of the episode? The chemistry between the couple and the revelation that a serious-looking guy like Mahesh can also crack jokes. The high point of the episode was when Mahesh tells Karan that he calls Lara a “serial killer” as the lady had done quite a few romantic scenes in her films. Lara was taken aback but was quick to rejoin that this title belongs exclusively to Emraan Hashmi.

The couple talked openly about their relationship and how they are completely smitten with each other.

Finally the date is out. Yes!! Actress Lara Dutta and Indian Tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi will have a grand traditional Christian wedding in Goa on February 19.

List of invitees include stars like Akshaye Khanna, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and many more from the film industry. Invitation cards are also ready and there are two occasions where Bollywood brigade is expected to turn up. One is sangeet that is on 18th February and then the wedding on 19 Feb.

Lara is very busy with her wedding preparations. According to a source, “Lara being a Catholic Christian, she will have a simple yet classy and very Victorian marriage.”

Shahrukh Khan as well as Salman Khan are also expected to attend her wedding.

Lara found her true love after dating model-actor Kelly Dorjee and later Bollywood actor Dino Morea.

The wedding which is to be held in Goa on January 17, is expecting around 300 guests and Dutta's ex-flames Kelly Dorjee and Dino Morea aren't one of them.

Well, to be honest, we're a bit surprised too, Lara had said that she was still good friends with both her exes Dorjee and Morea on Karan Johar's chat show Koffee With Karan. In fact, for Dorjee, Lara even said, "I will always care very deeply for Kelly." Clearly, not enough to call her boyfriend of 10 years to her biggest day. Kelly Dorjee was not avalailable for comments, reported Mid-Day.

For Dino, Lara just said, "Dino and I are friends from school and shared (note the past tense) a very good equation." Dino confirmed that he hasn't been invited to the wedding and that they haven't been in touch since the breakup. Insiders seem to believe that the former Miss Universe wants to avoid any awkward moments in the wedding.

Meanwhile, the actress cum model is least bothered about her ex-boyfriends, and is excited about her bachelorette party. "15 women.....4 days.....1 mission......Paaarrrtty!!!! Here's hoping I survive my bachelorette!! ;-)" Dutta posted on her Twitter account.

Seems like these ex-files will stay shut for a while now as the wedding is probablly houseful for them. Talk of all the love going up in flames, or ex-flames in this case!

Habib and association out to promote ‘Billu’

The promotional campaign for changed ‘Billu’ earlier “Billu Barber” is getting intensive with every passing day. Recently, co-stars of the movie Irfan Khan and Lara Dutta were seen together while promoting the movie at Jawed Habib as posing before the poster of the movie. During the promotion, Habib, himself, stood before the poster along with stars on the promotional tour holding pair of shears for the sake of style. At the time Irfan Khan was standing with garden hedge shears and he allowed Habib, to try styling and trimming on his hair.This promotional activity created curiosity and program was attended by media persons in large.
